Drugstore Pick: The Liner that every girl needs. Evvvvvvery girl.
Oooooook. I'll go ahead and go out on a limb here and say it...
THIS YEAR'S DRUGSTORE MONTH IS ONE HUNDRED TIMES BETTER THAN LAST YEAR.
There. Said it.
What I like to do: buy two or three items for each feature to review. For example: three blushes, two foundations, and so on, and so forth. EYELINERS are a little tricky because there are so many different formulas and types. Pencils, gels, twist-ups, liquids, etc. Soooo, in order to pick the "Best eyeliner"...we will try out multiple types, of multiple formulas. Make sense? Perf.
I picked-up the Maybelline Master Kajal Khol Liner mostly because...I saw the commerical, and I was confused by it. I could not BELIEVE how impressed I've been by it. I've worn it every day since I purchased it, and will probably keep it in my makeup bag for tight-lining for years to come!
The category that this eyeliner falls into makes it hard to stack against others, which just adds to it's attractiveness. It's a solid, but not a pencil. It's not dry, but it's not runny and wet. It is STRANGE, it is confusing the the eye, and it is AWEsome. It's legitimately a must-have because it's water-resistant, SO user-friendly AKA hard to mess-up, lasts all day and is MADE for the inner rim of your eye, making eyeliner application easier than ever.
Glides on smooth, makes the smudged-look suuuper easy, and honestly lasts on the inner rim of your eye all day. Have you ever tight-lined your eye line on your upper lid? Hard to explain, but it's under your lash line, close to your eye. This liner makes it SO easy, which will only make your lash line look thicker and so much fuller.

My Verdict: MUST-HAVE. You need this liner!
